Submit a Ticket - Returns
We accept requests for product returns on a case-by-case basis, please fill out the below information to the best of your ability and one of our Returns team will get back to you as soon as possible with an outcome.
If the return request is accepted, part(s) may only be returned if they are unfitted to any vehicle, undamaged and are sent back in all of their original packaging. All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee which will be adjusted in the credit note. If you’re wanting to return a part that you believe is faulty, please choose the Warranty option in the above menu instead.
Please note: no electrical items will be considered for a return for any reason as per company policy.
